Like the Woolly Landon better but they are solid. Even the walnut looks pretty good with contrast heel and cap.

Beautiful day today, so I cut out of work at 4:45 to go walk to the library and pick up some books. 65-degree weather means that the Normandy is a good choice. Is it bad that I think unlined kudu smells better than shell?

Just snagged a pair of Surrey cap toes in tan. I wasn't the biggest fan of the leather color when I saw it in stores but I think it will look great after I give it a Colorado suntan

Well, the good news is the pair I received must have been sitting in a display window. They have a nice reddish tint that, IMHO, is much better than the original flesh tone. Bad news, they fit nothing like my Higgins Mills! Is there a different version of the 1757 last in the DR?

Let me know if you're looking for a pair in 10D. I'll sell them here at cost with free shipping, which would be less of a hit than the $25 restock fee.

One more TS. I like this marbled Shell. Reminds me of a better color than the Strandmok. Textures and shading brings me more visual interest than uniform colors ever will.

They’re trying to clear out inventory at their warehouse. It wasn’t a regular stock item; black suede was like a Nordstrom color or something. You’ll see 2-3 year old styles pop up at killer deals as they liquidate their stock of that model. Don’t expect it regularly, but it has happened before.
