I have a pair of used & worn Alden for J Crew Cap-Toe boots in color #8 Horween shell cordovan. The size is 9.5D, on the Barrie last. I'm selling because the boots are too small. I was sized wrong, and bought them online, two years ago, and didn't return without wearing them outside, a lot. I wore them, and liked them but I can't stand the foot pain and I won't stretch them. They have not been worn in over a year. Your gain. Since that time I've been properly fitted at Alden of San Francisco.

There are:

  • TOPY applied to the top 3/4 of the soles by Derek's Shoe Repair. I live in Portland. It rains a lot.
  • Two Alden branded bags.
  • The original J Crew box it arrived-in.
  • Alden Color 8 Cordovan purchased from John Helmer Haberdasher in Portland, OR

The boots retail for $645 on jcrew.com for new, unworn. I'm asking $400 for a pair of smartly worn, good looking Alden boots that will only get better on a foot that fits them. Unlike mine.

My PayPal email is [email protected], if you'd like to make a purchase. I'm located in Portland, OR if you'd like to make a local purchase and forgo shipping.
