I am selling these Alden black cordovan dress loafers - sized 10E on the grant last. This is a relatively rare loafer style that combines Alden's "Leisure Handsewn Moccasin" style with a sleeker last (the Grant Last). The shoes were purchased at Alden Madison Avenue. The moc toe pattern is handstiched like on the LHS Moccasin and the NST bluchers. However, the last makes the shoe appropriate for suits. In addition, the vamp on this shoe is higher than the vamp on the traditional "full strap" Alden cordovan dress loafer, so if you prefer a higher vamp that covers up more of your foot, you will like this shoe. This is kind of like a Ferragamo-style penny loafer, but in cordovan and with the Goodyear welted sole, handstitched apron and higher quality associated with Aldens.

These shoes have been worn under 15 times and were cared for with shoe trees, brushing, Saphir Reno and one coat of Alden black paste wax. The grant last fits true to size. The original shoe box and shoe trees are included (no shoe trees). I will ship for free within the US and at cost internationally.

Let me know if you have any questions...
