A question on Persol eyewears.

I have one question about Persol's sunglasses as well as eyeglasses. If their frame is made from acetate, on their temple "Hand Made in Italy" is printed ;



while if their frame is made from metal (for the rim) and acetate (for the temple) then only "Made in Italy" is printed on the temple.



So why is there this difference? And is there any difference in terms of quality?

The acteate frames are finished by hand.



That said, I'm sure someone is hand-assembling even the metal frames. My RATTI 649's only say "made in Italy" though I'm sure they were hand finished.
