The waist might stretch if given a reason to. I know I've gained some weight, and the waist has stretched with me. The hips might be a different story, I dunno. The low rise makes for an awkward fit...

how do you like it and how did you size it?

New to the thread, but I have the bleached warren jacket. I usually wear size M on all my jackets (38 in French suit sizing), but I bought the warren in S and even then the sleeve is too long, falls just above the start of my thumb (not from the wrists)

Btw guys how do the washed Low Standards fit? I fit a 31 perfectly in washed PNS. Thinking of copping a pair with the same wash as the bleached warren jacket.

i kind of want the matching pants, too, now, but can't find a 27 anywhere

Ive seen some at my local Bloomingdales in SoHo, NYC. But that Bloomingdales is one of the Flagships and carries a bunch of weird stuff. You might want to try calling them and the APC stores in NYC/SF

How do pre-washed APC's fit? I am probably a 32 in NS raw, should I get the same size or will those not stretch?

My stonewashed PNS stretched a ton. Expect just as much stretch or possibly more v raw. They got so loose I threw them in the drier every few weeks until I eventually had them taken in by a tailor.

I have a size 33 APC PNS but I no longer fit them and am planning on picking up a pair of the Hiver 87 in size 34 (local listing has them for really cheap).
I'm thinking they'll fit in the top block because I was able to ask for measurements but from the knee down they'll be wide. Think tapering the jeans from a ~8.5 inch leg opening to a 7.5 leg opening is safe?

So after years of being happy with GAP selvedge jeans they changed to stretchy and I can’t stand my latest pair. Ordered a pair of NS and sized down 1 to 31s. Oddly I can button the waist, but my not very big thighs feel like they are squeezed into sausage casings and my nuts feel like they are spread into different zip codes. Will these stretch enough to ever be comfortable? Should I order 32s or something with a different top box?

Sizing for thighs is more important than waist, in my opinion.
