Need to know corrresponding mens size for blazer

Im a size 16 Regular in boys blazer size. I have two suit jackets in this size that fit me perfectly. I wanna get a new blazer. I've only tried on size 34 Regular blazers (mens size) in the past and its a bit too big, specifically the sleeves were just a little too long. I know, size 32 blazers in mens size arent that numerous, but I found a few online (could not find any in stores I visited). I wanna be sure of the fit before I order any.

You can't be sure of the fit without trying it on first, especially when it comes to sleeves length. Sorry, no shortcuts there.
