JACKET IS SOLD. (Been getting a lot of late PMs)

Up for sale is an incredible, new-with-tags Ermenigildo Zegna mainline sportcoat. And by new-with-tags, I mean SUPER new-with-tags, because all the factory basting threads are still attached. It was made for Wilkes Bashford.

The sportcoat is in the hard-to-find size 40R US / 50R EU. The model is the sought-after "Mila," which is Zegna's slimmest cut. Recent season. (2011-ish)

The lightweight fabric on this sportcoat is particularly nice. It's a wool/linen/silk blend. The linen content makes it very breathable, and the wool and silk optimizes for drape and helps to resist wrinkles. Great for the spring and summer, and it would also probably work in the fall in most climates.

Color is dark army green with a subtle burgundy windowpane. Slightly slubby. Very Tom Ford-esque. (Zegna happens to make all of the Tom Ford suits) You will not be disappointed!

Specs:

-Made in Italy by Ermenegildo Zegna
-Two/three season weight fabric (32% wool, 49% linen, 19% silk --- no sheen; matte finish)
-Full canvas construction
-Soft shoulder with minimal padding (factory basting threads still attached)
-High armholes
-Low two-button stance
-Double vents (factory vent closure threads still attached)
-Jacket fully lined with cupro bemberg
-Unfinished sleeves (comes with original Zegna buttons and button bag)
-Slim cut with great trim waist ("Mila" model)
-Will generally need little or no alterations off the rack (aside from adding sleeve buttons)

I may end up keeping this jacket, so I won't mind if it doesn't sell.

The MSRP on this sportcoat is $1895, which turns into over $2050 when you factor in local sales tax. So consider this a deal at over 77% off!

$475 shipped CONUS Inquire for international shipping rates.

Lowball offers not accepted. This similar NWT Zegna mainline jacket sold at $600 on the forum

Please add 4% for handling. As is implied with all SF classified listings, the sale is final. Sold as is.
