This is a Burgundy shell cordovan Color / Colour 8 Shell Cordovan Boot on Dainite Soles made by Crockett & Jones for Peal & Co. for Brooks Brothers. It is built on the 240 last, and aesthetically is similar to the Crockett & Jones Coniston and Crockett & Jones Harlech boot.
