Preferably in burgundy, brown or black (in order of preference). No Alden's or AE's. Thanks in advance.

these are Santoni Braden penny loafers. very sharp and well made. bologna-constructed. they are a bit expensive at $525 now , but you may be able to get them on sale.

mine are black and very elegant at night , matches my navy and evening pants well.

the flash makes the shoe look more unclean than they really are; it really is a glistening polish in person.

For CJ I like the Lincoln. Also, the shape of these Rider-approved Marteganis has really been calling out to me, they look just perfectly proportioned. They are shockingly cheap, $60

They're Handgrades on the 330 last:

I sold a pair to a forum member earlier this year. I thought they were pretty nice and were more sleek and elegant than I thought they'd be.

Some pics:

An alternative would be the Handgrade Marston on the 337 last:

Received these from B&J.
Absolutely beautiful loafers.
FWIW, I received a pair of BB (Alden) calf loafers purchased during the sale today as well.
The C&J's make the BB Alden's look like a pair of Crocs.
