    Yes thats another thing. I have a customer whos got some measurements on his last that are one centimeter less than what his foot is measuring actually... on measurements taken over 30 years ago (!) i get to do repairs on shoes that are 50 years old and big toes or pinkys literally dug their way...

    You can use smaller or more narrow parts of the leather, less throw away when clicking, more sustainable. The picture you posted is just a derby with a sewn on apron for design purposes.

    hope its alright that i'm answering this, but this style is very common in austria. its called norweger meaning norvegian. scheer calls it swedish, not sure why. its basically everywhere.

    Yeah well i used an appropriately hot heel iron after a couple of applications of the gum. The powder was gifted to me by a good friend and colleague and i wasnt that sure on how to use it, how to dissolve it into water and wich ratio etc... so i made a couple of throw aways hehe but still ended...
