Hey guys, I just bought some new Allen Edmonds (leather) for my wedding, but the wedding is in July. I don't plan on wearing them until then, so is it a better idea to keep them stored in the plastic and shoe box it came in, or leave them out with cedar trees in them? Suit too big for alterations?

Suit too big for alterations?
I just inherited a suit from a family member. It's quite big, and I'm not sure if it's too big to be altered so it will fit properly. I have no experience with suits. If altering it too much will ruin the suit, I'd rather give it to someone who can wear it. Thanks for your opinions. I hope the...- mazy
