Maid in Manhattan PS I Love you The Break Up The Holiday Bridget Jones (Actually anything with Zellweger...) Pretty much anything with John Cusack, Hugh Grant, Sandra Bullock and Kate Hudson etc...etc...etc....the sheer volume of this crap is amazing.....from all the ****** genre's compiled on this thread, I bet romantic comedy (and maybe horror) top the list in volume produced

There are two notable exceptions to the Zellweger rule:
Nurse Betty (underrated!) and Me, Myself, and Irene. (Which will probably go down in History as Jim Carrey's last funny movie)

And, I have mixed feeling about Cusack - Being John Malkovich, The Thin Red Line, Grosse Pointe Blank. (possibly because of Aykroyd), Say Anything and Better Off Dead are halfway decent, amusing, or brilliant. But he's made a lot of **** too.

Recent spoof movies. I enjoyed some of the older ones like Airplane, Naked Gun and Scary Movie, but I have no desire to see any of the recent crop (i.e. Epic Movie, Disaster Movie, Meet the Spartans, Superhero Movie etc.)

There are so many ****** movies I end up downloading and watching with low expectations and end up with with high tension.

+1 on romantic comedy-slash-chick flicks. specially those heaps of crap they produce these days... Billy Crystal/Meg Ryan is genius compared to the shitfest they call romantic comedies these days... Matthew McConaughey (sp?) and Kate Hudson movies stand out as total turd orgies. I'm afraid a whole generation of American women will grow up with a (more) fucked up sense of what a relationship is thanks to these idiots in Hollywood.

Going to have to just add 1 more to the slasher film category. It doesn't offend or bother me I just don't get it I guess -- very boring for me to watch.

Kung-fu / Martial Arts films bore the hell out of me, just feels like watching the demo loop on an arcade machine over and over.
