I work for a 24/7/365 organization that's pretty good at giving comp time if you put in extra hours.
For instance if you're forced to work a six day week, management will give you a day off at your choosing, no questions asked. And if you work late one night, no one is going to chew you out if you come in a little late the next day.
We have weekend rotations (about two months out of the year you work Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs). Working holidays is mostly voluntary.
In the end, it's about the final product. My bosses don't really care how it gets done, as long as it gets done and on time.
