Really regretting getting the Browns....
My boot guy called and said my half soles are in. I'll be dropping them off during the week for my custom commando sole job. Pics after I get them back.
I can't wait to see these. I've been considering a variety of options when I eventually need a resole. Are you going with a lugged sole added to/over the orig leather or are you re-soling the leather outsole with a lugged half-sole? I've been thinking of simply adding a topy style, lugged half sole made by vibram and of course a lugged heel as well. Curious to see how yours turn out.
I'm going with a leather half sole combination. I'm using this half sole and this heel plate over a stacked leather heel and a single oak leather sole.
