Bourbon chicken (grilled dark meat chicken with bourbon sauce) over rice with red beans and corn on the side. Bottle of water and a peach (brought from home).

I wish I worked Downtown and had regular access to Stephos... Just Opa! (chain fast-greek-food that isn't half bad).

Yep. It has been over a decade since I left but if anyone asks me what I miss about Van it is Stephos that first comes to mind. My wife and I go every time we are back...we even planned a stopover once where we had just enough time too jump into a taxi to Stephos and then taxi back to the airport.

Man, I am hungry.
