What particular "staple" items do you refuse/tend not to wear?

Any shoes with no socks
ankle high boots...don't like adjusting the hem of my pants every time I stand up.
ear rings (not a staple, I know, but annoying to see on a man, particularly both ears)
designer jeans

cardigans that button.
turtlenecks without zips (the extra chin probably has something to do with that)
Bulky cable sweaters
toggle coats
tassle loafers
generally, shoes with metal ornament
cuban heel shoes/boots
boat shoes
white shirts, generally
plaid
paisley
Red (except maroon or rust)
bright colors, generally
Trench coats
hats with buttons on the crown
gold metal accessories, generally (red/pink excepted)

I concur with many.
Especially hats, sandals and condoms. **** those things.

It also came to my attention that I don't wear bow ties. Ever.

Yes, children/STDs are up there with the undesirable accessories. However, I have been with the same woman for three years. When adventure calls, so does the love glove--but they really need to improve these damn things.
