What is your sweets intake?

during the day I probably have 3-4 tablespoons of sugar over a few cups of coffee.
I nibble on a piece or two of chocolate most evenings.

that's about it. maybe once a week I'll have some sort of desert thing like a turnover/croissant/pain au chocolate, etc.

I'll often end up having something "sweet" most days, but that's almost always restricted to protein powders and maybe something I make with almond flour (which is actually a neutral ingredient that lends itself to either sweet or savory creations).

I can't fathom needing candy or dessert every_single_day.

^ Pretty much the same deal here. The sweetest things I consume on a weekly basis are nut butters (coconut butter is delicious) which I'll usually swirl into some greek yogurt, which also tastes somewhat sweet to me. I've found that after you wean yourself off of refined sugar your palate is, in essence, "fixed", and your taste buds are almost hypersensitive to sweetness from things we usually don't consider to be sweet.
