We had a nice 2004 Siduri Psioni for dinner. Now, it's part of my last Wiser's Deluxe whisky.

+1 Goslings, I believe, trademarked the recipe for awhile. I wouldn't use a 151 because why? Negroni here, using my very new very nice Martin Miller gin. Good Stuff!

What would you compare this to, if you had to? Closer to the pure, juniper flavors of something like Citadelle or the more botanical Bombay or Tanqueray?
