Tom Ford Shoe Sizing Question - UK vs US

In past years, when I've purchased Tom Ford shoes within the US, and I purchase my size (size 12), the bottom of the shoe says 12, and everything fits correctly. Recently, when purchasing Tom Ford shoes from Mr. Porter (their US site) or other US based sites that carry Tom Ford, and they list it as UK11/US12, the bottom of the shoe says 11, and they fit tighter.

I'm not sure what to think about what's going on here. Do TF shoes fit small to size and I was previously purchasing a UK 12? Do TF shoes label differently on the shoe itself based on where the shoe is sold?

Would love your thoughts.

TF shoes are normally stamped on the international (UK) size they are made--so your shoes you own are likely a UK12 hence why a UK 11 which you purchased is too small.
