Hello Everyone,
Long time reader of SF and have learned a lot on clothing because of this site- thank you!
Up for sale is my beautiful Tom Ford pinstripe/stripe suit. It has a black, kind of charcoal look to it. 100% Italian wool but has a rich softness to it because of the silk lining. Tom Ford just knows how to create masterpiece suits and clothing...
Few things to note: The suit itself has never been worn and pants haven't been hemmed, there is PLENTY of fabric if you are a taller gentleman or want to add cuffs and a healthy break to the pants. The jacket has had some minor reweave work completed by Fabric Reweavers USA, hands down top in the country and highly recommended on all the major clothing forums. If you are a serious buyer I can send more photos but on first look, etc. you can't tell anything was done. No rips, no stains, no tears, etc.
Just received brand new buttons directly from TF in Manhattan for the cuffs and one front button. I would have had the cuffs completed but since I'm selling it and you may need to alter the sleeve length, best to leave it alone. The price reflects the work necessary which will cost you under $100.
The suit is also listed on E-Bay. Like I mention in the E-Bay listing, I am slightly negotiable and a reasonable guy, but I know what TF goes for and this is NOT a fire sale. I just want everyone to feel like they won...
