on the bus to class today, start feeling sick, end up bailing at a random stop and throwing up in the bushes a bunch of times. needless to say, didn't make it to class today.

just found out I have swine flu. could be worse, it could have been when I was on the road, but it could have happened at a better time, I have a half dozen students in from around the world for a class this week and I really should be spending some time with them.

I'm in IT services sales and call on just about any industry. You'd think not returning a phone call call, even just to say 'we're fine thanks', would be the done thing. I just cancelled a museum membership because of this.

I was approached by a group of college girls on the Mall today (while on the phone) and their incessant bugging me about their dislike of the Iranian nuke program, forcing me pamphlets, etc. Sadly they didn't take too kindly when I yelled "**** or GTFO" at them before continuing on my way.

It was worth the effort.
