ok, so I buy a ticket from BA - Chicago London Istanbul Kuwait Amman Cairo London Chicago.

pretty much one night in each, except london, which is just for transit

they cancel the flight from kuwait to amman, and the airline rebooks me on kuwait bahrain, bahrain amman. I arrange to spend a night in Bahrain for some meetings.
ticket is just under 10 K.

go to check in in kuwait, and they have no record of my ticket. so, after arguing with them for an hour, and then calling my travel agents after hours emergency service that couldn't help, I have to buy a ticket for 500 bucks and fly stand by to bahrain.

then, the next night, I find I have the same problem, it turns out that when BA canceled the one flight, they didnt change my eticket, even though they sent me a new routing. so I spent 3 hours waiting to get a stand by seat, and had to spend another 500 bucks.


I blame Jet Blast.

Yikes, that is awful. I hate air travel.

it does't have to make sense, but I still blame you

and then, the ******* airline lost my luggage last night. so, I have checked bags 5 times this year and lost them 3 times.

Relatives who let my dog get away yesterday. Very fortunately, I recovered him quickly and all was well. Losing my dog would have not been a good thing, especially being out of town.

Small dogs. Some are pretty nice and cute, but a lot I know are just annoying as hell and bark constantly. Both houses on the side of the street on the way to my bus stop have annoying little dogs, 2 on one side and 3 on the other. All they ever do is bark and growl, it's annoying. One of them actually used to be pretty nice and would come up and lick my hand, now it just barks at me like the others

Ugh, the Metro is just getting to be too much. The people riding are just idiotic, rude jerks. The escalators...oh gawds the escalators. Why exactly is there only one accesible escalator at the 1st St exit at Union Station? It's stationary and handling two-way traffic. So was the one at the platform level at Dupont this morning. With no sign saying that it's two-way traffic, just primed for people to get pissed at one another.

And I get to go from Greenbelt to Pentagon City today. Awesome.
