The technology is cool and all, but if I found myself at home alone trying to impress my phone by saying it's date night and asking it if it likes "hotspacho" I'd feel like a ******* loser.

Rest assured, you are one regardless.

I hate Ensenda as a delivery service. Who leaves a package outside of an apartment building in a major city (in a neighbhorhood where doing so is especially stupid)? Package was of course missing within two hours of drop off when I got home yesterday and I found the empty box today on top of my trash bin.

At least amazon is refunding/replacing it.

this ***** cut in front of me in line at the dunkin donuts. her response was "it's new york deal with it".
It was probably the 2nd outright rude thing I've had to deal with living in the city in 3 years.
she was haggard fat about 4'10" and maybe pregnant. maybe she needed a little pity.

It seems that Piobare has extensive experience with these types.

Ok, so last night I was playing my guitar and just noodling with different tone settings and such, and one of my neighbor's knocked on my door and extremely kindly told me it was too loud and it was late. Of course I didn't give him ****, and I obliged, but I thought for a second. I have been in many situations where neighbors have bothered me with noise or something, and I just sort of accept temporary irritations as part of the "give and take" of being a good condo dweller. I would never tell somebody to keep quiet, unless it was seriously unruly. It just bothers me that people don't see it as I do.

The people in my building are so weird. They are such hermits. Most of them work from home and I never see them out in the neighborhood and such. We have a google group for building issues and such. You would not believe at the bitching that goes on there. They are all insane. I thought things would be better being that it is a condo and not a rental, but alas I think it is worse.

My wife is always very quick to complain about noise. Of course, she always wants me to do the confronting - which is always a terrible idea, as I have no idea how to de-escalate situations and wind up making matters worse. I'd rather just let the neighbor be as loud as they want, and crank up my music or TV to drown them out.

I figured he was doing the dirty work for his wife. They are really nice people, with accents from somewhere overly friendly in the usa. But still, **** them.

I kind of miss having neighbors who would wake me up with their loud sex.
