well at least someone knows my name lol, at least I have not posted of the most recent chick that was hooking up with some guy while I was being the nice guy taking her out to dinner and all.
Damn man I am sorry to hear that, I hope all turns out well. Do you guys know if he is sick?
i could not agree with you more.
GF: You really are a terrible poster. If I had to rank the bottom at the moment... you, CalTex, IsteRed, erictheobscure, maybe a couple others would be vying for the bottom.

Very close. Losing him is going to be rough.

I saw this on another message board a few days ago (Veterans Day): "A veteran is someone who, at one point in his/her life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America," for an amount of "up to and including my life."
Here is the short version of my opinion of this:
It is a crock of ****. Most veterans were never in any danger during their military careers. It is completely unnecessary to dramatize or exaggerate military service, but in this modern PC environment many folks want to do so. Let's not pretend that every veteran is some sort of hero. It is sad that to voice this opinion would result in your being shouted down in so many circles in the US.
Now if this gets your panties in a wad because you think I have no right to have this opinion, then **** you. I am a former Marine Corps officer and a Naval Aviator. Over a six year period of active duty in the Marine Corps I never witnessed an act of heroism. Not one. What I did see was a large number of people doing their assigned jobs in a professional manner. That's the reality of the US military. You are a part of a big team. You do your assigned tasks to the best of your abilities.
So, happy Veterans Day to all you vets out there. Thanks for your service.
