Thanks for the comments guys. I agree with scott in that I probably should have went with the peacoat, but I felt like wearing the leather. A lighter leather definitely would have been sweet.

Whoa, totally disagree, think that the DR looks great dressed up like that, by no means an aggressive jacket

I sort of don't know what to do about my style at the moment. It's not like I'm innovating on a day-to-day basis (or, really, at all) and my budget is limited so I can't ball out of control when I acquire new pieces. It's just decent budget clothes with the occasional CP/Epicurean knit/TOJ outerwear splurge. I think Dior stuff would fit me really well but I don't really feel motivated to become obsessed with expensive runway pieces that I can't acquire.

I don't think a peacoat would have been the way to go, but I agree that something other than a DR would work best. Fit is still good though, definitely like it a lot, but a slightly more relaxed (in styling, not fit) would probably mesh a little better. A gray 5-zip would probably have been dopest choice.

Definitely, more so because of the cardigan he's layering it with. It looks like Mr.Rogers when he has to ride on his bike out to the desert to score meth on the weekends.
