I'd disagree, it's not far off the same temperature here in britain and it's fine with the lining, really warm.

I wore it zipped up with just a tee in ~5/10 degree weather the other day and felt fine, but i guess some people feel the cold more than others

I've never heard much of uniqlo.

Am I correct to assume it's in the ballpark similar to H&M and Zara? in terms of price and quality

I like it. The curved stitching above the chest looks quite Nordic somehow, and the colourway is good.
