Some stuff I'm looking to offload. Help me make my first SF trade. :-}

(1) 52R EU/42 R USA 100% Cashmere Sport Coat. Probably Belvest, but I'm not sure. The "Pure Cashmere" tag seems to be the same one they use, and the font on the lining looks like the same one they use as well. Also, this post suggests that stuff for Giorgio of Beverly Hills was made either by them or Brioni: http://www.styleforum.net/t/32056/giorgio-of-beverly-hills

I don't have measurements right now, but can get them if anyone is interested. Note, though, that it's around 25.5" sleeves, and there is *no room at all* to have them let out. I already had them extended as far as they could go by my tailor, who even added some similarly colored fabric on the inner part of the sleeve. She's got no more to give.

Very nice, but it's just too short for me.

(2) Harris Tweed SC, 40L-ish. Again, don't have measurements now but can get them in a few days. Probably around 18.5" in the shoulders (a little too big for me).

(3) Banana Republic Tailored Fit SC, 40R.

(4) Edsor Kronen Handmade Tie. From Berlin. ARE YOU MAN ENOUGH TO WEAR THIS TIE?

(5) Levis 505, 32x34. Made in USA selvedge. Rigid. Real leather patch. Cone denim. Very nice, but I have another pair and can't justify letting these sit in my closet. Have only worn them a couple of times and washed them once.

(6) Lands End Shetland Wool Sweater. Medium. Made in Scotland. Beautiful color, but too small for me.

(7) Heavy Hart, Schaffner, Marx Wool Overcoat. Black and Grey/Blue-ish herringbone. Measures 19" in the shoulders. Can provide more measurements if anyone wants them. Around size 42 or so.

(8) Also have some Clarks Desert Boots in red oak, 11.5 IIRC. Have only worn about 15 times. Too big for me.

Looking for: 38-40L SCs with 17.5-18" shoulders and 26" sleeves, sweaters in medium, 32x34 or 33x34 pants, 15.5 or 16 x 35 shirts that are relatively slim-fitting.

Ack.  I posted that before it was ready, so I forgot some stuff about the first thing on the list.  Can you edit posts once they're up?

Anyway, the cashmere sport coat is *probably* Belvest, but I'm not sure.

It's very nice, but just too short for me.  It's marked 52R EU, so I guess that's a 42R USA?  I don't have measurements right now, but can get them in a couple of days.  Note, though, that it's around 25.5" sleeves, and there is *no room at all* to have them let out.  I already had them extended as far as they could go by my tailor, who even added some similarly colored fabric on the inner part of the sleeve. She's got no more to give.

You can edit posts - just click the little pencil icon in the lower left corner.

As for the Belvest - I can't help you, but if you post a pic of the content tag (in a pocket?) in the "ID the maker" thread, someone there could probably help.

I have a couple pairs of Hiltl trousers that I found but decided I have enough grey, so I'd like to offer them up here. I'd like to trade them for something I need, like decent shoes.

The first pair is a mid grey with Angelico super 140's wool, flat front and cuffed.

The next pair is a lighter grey, also flat front and cuffed.

Both measure out to 40 1/4" x 31" with a 1 1/2" cuff.

Sorry in advance for the lengthy post and crappy pictures.
My wife is on vacation with my daughter and gave me an ultimatum to clear stuff out.
So all of this has been sitting around in a pile (hence the wrinkles) and I realize that I will never get around to trying to sell stuff on e-bay. So before they get re-donated, thought I'd offer the stuff up here. Nothing mind blowing.

Pricing: Jackets $10 (except the Belvest, for which I'd prefer to trade); suits $20, shirts $6, ties $5, outerwear as noted, shoes as noted. All plus actual shipping. Happy to entertain offers for multiple items and will provide measurements as requested.

Jackets:

Star USA is a diffusion line and, IIRC, the former is decent stuff, but star usa generally isn't that great when it comes to quality. Also, both lines use fairly modern styling if that matters.

Pair of Adidas Supernova Sequence 5 running shoes, size 11 US. Bought these new. I get shin splints when I run in these shoes. Weird. I picked them up because my prior pair were also Supernovas. Those were great. They did something new with these. Just can't run in these. Thus far, I've only put on 34.91 miles on these (GPS watch). For reference, I wear 9.5D in Allen edmonds.
