Nataku ! I picked this at a GW. What do I have here ? Any idea on vintage ? Do you know the temp rating ? Weighs about 4-5 llbs. I couldn't leave this vintage down bag behind...
Wow! Nice find. Probably late 60's-early 70's vintage. Looks to be in great shape. Hardly any wear on the zipper pull. No idea on temp rating, sorry. Haven't seen a Gerry sleeping bag before. Great color too!

My mom used to use hair spray on our couch when I was a kid and got pen on the leather several times. Had to look up exactly how it's done.

Spray the ink spot with hairspray. Let it sit for about a minute, but do not let it dry. Rub it with a paper towel. If the spot doesn't come out, wet it again with hairspray and add a drop of clear detergent. Rub with your fingers and rinse with water.

Huge mistake, but I am feeling charitable. You just send it my way if a large and I will refund you.

Money shot

400

I'd like to point out how emblematic this is of my symbiosis with GM-H is.

He went to that store to pick up shoes I'd passed on but couldn't go back to pick up because I was rushing to the airport. Because he's a FREAKING DUDEBRO. But that's not the point I'm making.

The point is: He found $150+ CASH MONEY in a store I hit literally the day before AT CLOSING TIME. He LITERALLY found money I left behind. That happens EVERY time we thrift together -- I hit a rack, think I've picked it clean, and he sweeps behind and finds stuff. And not crap, freaking awesome stuff.

Karma, I guess, for being willing to do me the good deed of grabbing those shoes.
