Two stops 3 Kops @Thrift Vader

Stopped by the local Japanomart in hopes that they'd have some magazines, unfortunately they did not. However, they did have these

Delicious Melon Mochi which I havent eaten in like 5 years or so.

Next I found this little dude. He's a bobbleninja, and a nice solid Chicago Cutlery fork that matches the set I've been building pretty well.

Over the weekend it was cleaning and wash day.

R-L USA Fast colorx5, no name, PRL madras, Pendleton, Handmade Angora/Cash/Lambswool bandanna/hank(Anyone want this?)

Couple blasts from the past:

My Monogrammed gold plated yoyo

Been looking for this puppy for a while, was a gift on my 9th birthday I think? When I was younger my best friend's mother was the GM's secretary and gave me this for a gift. As well as a corporate skybox for us to watch the game.

Ok, bros, time for one of my denim/workwear derail!

I got my Lawless denim today. For a company that has a poor reputation for not keeping their promises of shipping dates, I was pretty surprised to see how fast they've shipped their ready to wear jeans.

They are having a sale on their RTW jeans for $35 a pop. I coped these before the sale prices...

Anyhow, this is my first impression of the denim plus some construction + build comments. I'll do a follow up review after this summer when I have worn these in. I ordered a pair of their 10.5 oz. Kaihara in their regular straight fit.

Overview

Look at that squat/deadlift booty!!!!!!!

The fit is a bit too slim in the thighs for my taste. I prefer regular fit with tapered legs. These will do. These are a size 34. But they fit like around a 33 to 33.5. So keep this in mind. Not sure if these are san or unsan. I don't plan on washing these to find out. lol

Chainstitcing on the inner pocket! Never seen any detail like this before. But look at the loose threads on the button holes...Ewwwww!

More loose threads. ****! Wide blue ID is ******* nooooooooooooooooice!

Triple stitched flat felled inseam is a great detail! Thanks for paying attention to this! But it means whoever stitched the waist band and around those area should get punched in the face!

Clean surging.

Seashell stitching is nice but not as nice as Roy!

No bar tac on the crotch is a **** you to the wearer!

Thank the gods I got their standard tag and not the ugly ones.

Crooked stitch on the inner back pocket.

They've missed a thread on the waist band chainstitching! This is unacceptable! Signs of poor quality/needle work and poor QA!

Crooked stitching!

Loose threads and loops on the button holes! I had to tear the loops on the top buttonhole.

Selvedge ID on the fly is nice.

Again, sloppy needle work.

Customized buttons is nice.

Anyhow, if I had coped these for $35 I would have been happy. But considering I paid $70, let's just say it's not my best purchase to date. But I'm happy I have a pair of cheap summer jeans.
