I have them in Army. I find them to be slightly looser (aside from the waist) compared to some older cuts or is that just my imagination? They feel wonderful though.

I don't know whether or not this is appropriate, but I feel I've got to give credit where it's due: I mailed the Ervell store with a question about a f/w 11 item and got quite a lengthy and personal answer. The guy/gal knew what he/she was talking about. That's all.

An old pic of my ervell for you guys. Light grey cadet jacket is my favorite, camel moleskin field coat is not too far behind though...

Curious! The moleskin field coat was the item I was inquiring about. It lost a lot of its typical shape by hanging in the closet all summer and enduring a dryclean. Did you experience this, perhaps? What size did you get, btw? The medium fit me great at the start, but it's not really flattering now. The suggestion they made, for the record, was getting it (professionally) steamed.

In what way has it lost its shape? Looks like a pretty sturdy coat.
