Just wondering how often and where should I take it? I just surpassed the 2-year mark and was wondering next steps for proper care? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Generally, an automatic watch should be serviced every 5 years. It would be best serviced by Tag Heuer themselves although I don't know how good they are.

5 years would be about right for a service. It's likely that the movement is built off an ETA 28xx if it's a non chronograph or a Valjoux 7750 if it's a chronograph, depending on the Calibre in your particular model. They are movements that any respectable watchmaker will have spent many hours tinkering with as they are very common and you should have no problem finding a good independent to service it for you.

Cheers

The last time I sent my Tag back to Switzerland it cost me around £75, but that was about 10 years ago. An independent would be from around £40 for an Auto and from £60 for an Auto chronograph.

cheers

Thanks for the quick turnaround...what does the service entail?
