Does it meet with your general sense of style? If so, wear with confidence.

Whats the opinion on this suit?

I'm trying to imagine where I could wear a blue 3 piece, linen suit with bold windowpane plaid. I know I could pull it off, I'm just not sure when I'd have the opportunity to.

Anybody notice the "size" advice section for some suits (the Washington for example) seems really messed up. Put in my measurements for the Washington and it recommended a '44'. Not a 44R or 44L or 44S just a 44. Unless they have weird sizing for the Washington I think somethings off. Particularly because I have a 37-38 inch chest.

Anybody care to comment?

It's obvious that SuitSupply's suits use European sizing. Generally speaking, subtract 10 from the European size to get the North American/UK size.

It would seem the SuitSupply sizing guide was trying to suggest you go with a size 34 suit, not a size 36 or 38.

If they're still available in late September I'll order it. If it's no good I'll just return it (I suppose).

Please provide feedback either way. :)

Here is a pic of me in the Washington Fit. Shirt and tie are also from SS. Yes I did put my camera on a tripod...don't judge ha.

A couple things I'd like to touch on:
1 - From certain angles the lapels appear to point straight up, which is not always the case. I noticed it does happen when the jacket pulls.
2. - I might go back to SS to have the sleeves taken out a bit. The sleeves dont feel too snug at all however they tend to bunch up in weird places probably because they are getting caught on the sleeves of my dress shirt :(

Cheers,

Just got my "napoli" in the mail. Amazingg quality. Was worried at first that it would not be slim enough for my liking but exceeds my expectations. I'm 6'3 about 185 in a 40L and fit almost perfect out of box. Will post picks when I get it back from the tailor

Very very nice.
I am about to order 2 test jackets in the havana and washington fits just to try on the sizes. Maybe I will be brave enough to post some fit pics afterwards.

I'll have to check, thanks.

Is there something in particular you're looking for? I'm here to help and answer any questions I can based on my experiences.

I know this was posted earlier in this thread by someone else, but thought I'd post again because it may be helpful.

I contacted Suitsupply directly for measurements for the 38S in the Napoli cut. Here's what they provided.

Waist: 39.0"
Sleeve: 32.8"
Chest: 42.7"
Shoulder: 18.6"
Length (BOC): 29.5"

Hem: 7.9"
Front rise: 8.6"
Waist: 35.0"
Inseam: 31.6"

Based on the measurements, the Napoli in 38S seems to fit huge (43" chest and 35" waist!). Too bad they don't offer a 36S.

You've got to try them on and see what fits. For example, I took a look at the measurements e-mailed to me regarding the Sienna and Napoli and realized that the 44L Sienna has almost the same measurements as the 42L Napoli.

Here are my two finished suits. I am NOT looking for your opinions, just two pictures for reference on the two styles...
