Is it safe to use a grease spot remover on wool/spandex trousers? I have a couple salad oil spots I need to remove. Maybe it would be better to take it to the dry cleaners?

spot remover on wool?

Fabrics with lycra/spandex/stretch synthetics seem to attract oil spots. Maybe it's a chemical thing, but many of the items I've had with stretch have gotten stained, while nearly none of my other stuff (the vast majority) ever gets stained. I don't buy stretch anymore if I can avoid it because of this.
Anyway, if you care about them, take them to the cleaners. If you would rather give them one cheap last chance before tossing them, I'd use K2R spot remover. I've had good luck with it.
