Are they still accepting new customers? Assuming they are, any details on future visits would be appreciated.

Cloth I sent to Solito was returned " Non reclamato".
What is going on in Napoli?

I know a tailor in England who is quite competent and fairly inexpensive. But he acts in the same way... I never know when to expect his next visit (and if next visit will happen at all). For me, this destroys a good part of bespoke process -- I don't want to fight for my clothes! In result, I decided to establish relationship with another tailor... more expensive, but presumably more reliable.

Just my $0.02 on the subject.

There is little doubt that the garments are great, but the total lack of communication is frustrating to say the least.

Sadly, its not little but none. But, like I said, the stuff is great - Ambrosi's trousers in particular.

Interestingly enough, none other than uppercase had warned us of the total lack of communication from the Solito operation even prior to his first visit. Note to self: when uppercase talks about Napoli, listen!
