If I purchased a 15202 you wouldn't even be able to pry it from my cold, dead hands.

I guess a Patek Repeater is out of the question then as well?

I am on the fence about ordering the EB jumper in cordovan from Skoak. Should I wait for an Alden to come around in my size? 12-13 US.
What can I expect to be the difference?
    Quality, comfort?
    Thanks in advance.

Bonafe is in a different class all together. By different I mean higher.

I like what I'm hearing. I just sold an alden j crew in cordovan. I liked them but they were to big.

Can't even compare the two - like comparing a Hyundai to a Mercedes-Benz

2102. I got these last week just in time to wear for an important meeting. They are extraordinary. First but definitely not last pair of Bonafes.

So, your saying the EB is a better choice.
Hopefully it's not too late to send money.

Congratulation, you must have some seriously high instep. I would really like that last for whole-cut Chelsea boot but I am not sure that instep would work for me.

Thanks. My instep is on the higher end - not sure about the seriously part.

Well I have high instep too and I could not fit in 2102. Apparently Skoaktiebolaget is discontinuing 2102 last because customers were having problems with instep.

It would be awesome if Bonafe could modify that last to suit a low to moderate instep. According to Patrik they have about 5000 last styles :) so I'm sure there's something similar in the repertoire

Great looking pair of shoes. How would you rate them when compared to C&J, Vass, EG, or G&G?

Interesting... Feel fortunate they worked as I ordered blind on fit.

Leaves, any chance you're going to restock some Carmina business basics with Tomir or Dainite soles? I checked the expected arrivals list and didn't see them. I was thinking about the now-arrived rainy season and their potential usefulness.

That's the last I need for my instep!
