I like both a lot, the first one is Prorsum?

Given Prorsum's pricepoints and disappointing fabrics I'd say go with the Balenciaga.

I can't wear a sportscoat under those so I'm sure as hell not going to buy both. They just look pretty. The Lanvin one is really lightweight and delicate but the pulling looks amazingly good. I have never seen the Balenciaga in person and don't even know if it has reached the stores yet, I would look for it at the flagship in june/july.

Balenciaga fabrics and construction are nice but nothing crazy either, probably better than Prorsum but I almost never check Burberry so I wouldn't know for sure. As for Lanvin yeah itMs a dope coat, I nearly bought it when it came out but picked some other stuff instead.

Ahh, I would still go with the Balenciaga. The Lanvin is nice, but it wouldn't look out of place in a J Crew outfit.

The Balenciaga has more "wow" factor.

Yeah, maybe. The Lanvin is somewhat transparent and slightly iridescent in person though, not bad either. It also wrinkles nicely. Looks like some sort of silk but it's actually a mix with some synthetic. The prune colour pops.

Blue YSL bomber would be the only similar thing I have. Oh and a black Boss zipup that I like a lot (really).

Jet: you tried it or the trench? You like the material?

Haven't handled many of the pieces this season just the ruched blazer that was silky felt nice.

Been out of the game for a minute

yeah, the prune color looks good to you now, but after a year...not so much. I like the original color because it's a neutral and will look good with everything. It also showcases the natural crinkly texture of the fabric better. The jacket is also quite versatile...no? It's got a utilitarian feel yet sweet and romantic feel to it.

Can't afford CP's. Can't afford Generic Man. What about these all-white, leather all-stars?

^ What is there to say? They're white leather Chucks. If you like them, get them. Next you'll be asking about white t-shirts...
