Nay, too boxy, and leather just doesn't look up to MMM standard for some reason. Same conclusion drawn from SSense pics. I know it's supposed to be snakeskinish it just doesn't end up looking great to me.

The margiela is just too dstressed for me. I like the cleaner designer vs. what toj has now but i'd be afraid the cracked leather would start peeling off or something.

I don't think you can really compare the TOJ to the Margiela though. If ToJ offered a similar distressed leather then I'd understand.

Been stalling on the Heritage Research sweater for a while...it's really nice and I still hope to pick it up...luckily I'm at least one size bigger than you

Depends on the jeans and obviously the rest of it but they're pretty awesome boots. For me, what I wear with a suit I don't wear with streetwear, shoes wise, and I'd wear those with a suits.

Also, in re: black discussion, my go-to overcoat is black and it's one of my favourite things I own. Wore an all black fit today as a matter of fact.

THose trickers aren't bad. You can't see from that angle, but the last is very blobby looking from up top. Not a fan of Trickers as a whole but they're ok, and in general, I think plain toe work boots are just really bland.

The wolverines are just ugly. Hate the bulbous looking toe.

I have no idea what the rest of your outfits look like, so don't know what to recommend. But I think brogues are much more interesting looking, or if you're looking for something cleaner looking, would recommend a chelsea or jodphur boot instead.

I don't have either reddish/brown boots or white sneakers--which comes first ?
