OK thank you for your input. I will not get any of them. What are the best boots that have a similar heel height (like no smaller than 1 3/8" no bigger than 1 1/2").

What? Really?

Because some moron on the internet told you 'no', you're not going to get them? If you like them, go for it.

First two are good, second two are 'meh'.

Less than $150 preferably but would possibly go up to $200, in fact now that I think of it, I would probably not get the top two since they are both well over that (I made a mistake and was reading them in dollars when they were in English pounds).

Hello. Part of the criteria I am looking for is that women (who know fashion) will not find them ugly and be less likely to ********. I do not know if he knows fashion or not, but I am just making an assumption that he knows more than me.

First two are good, second two are 'meh'.
Thank you for your advice

I don't want to impress them just not disgust them or repel them. What are the best boots that are around $150 or under, that have a heel height no less than 1 3/8" and no more than 1 1/2".

I don't know, I have never bought a pair of boots at retail for less than 250 - 300. Whatever the answer to your question is it's going to suck. The best way to spend your around 150 would be ebay or b&s deals but it sounds like you aren't comfortable doing your own shopping. All things considered the parameters you've set are bad news.
