Shoe Identification - Found a shoe growing moss.

Hello, i am looking for some information on a shoe we found that has grown moss and had some unusual items around it.
it definitely looked like it had been there a while untouched (as you can see from the photo).
We were on a hike today, way out of our usual knowing - walking wherever the path took us... it took some climbing over rivers and through tight hedges with no idea where it would take us etc...

I am keen to find out if anybody knows anything about this umbro shoe? There was a matching pair - untouched with moss growing on them.

Can anybody tell me the year of the shoe / the name etc...

It would be a huge help for me and my partner with our conspiracy theories.
