+15yrs back I purchased moc-toe suede casual shoes that had a Velcro monk strap - Beautiful shoes!
My wife donated it a few years back without my knowledge
I have been trying to look for a similar shoe off and on for a while. I don't remember the brand. I bought it when I was in Ethiopia on a project. I believe the shoes were Italian but cannot be certain. I am not a good artist but attached is a drawing as close as possible to what I can remember . . . .
The moc-toe was ribbed and it had a rubber/lug sole. It was not an ankle boot or the height of a chukka, it was a regular height shoe
Can anyone direct me to where I might be able to buy a similar shoe? And no, it was not the Clarks Wallabee . . .
