Invasion Barbare Parfums MDCI, wow this scent wears amazingly on my skin. I only put a few dabs since I'm just sitting at home doing work but now I'm tempted to try a few sprays

I got a chance to try the Maison Francis Kurkdjian oud scents today. I'm not a big fan of the house in general, but these are all very good. Silk Mood was definitely my favorite. It's an oud scent with a very big rose note. Of course there are a million fragrances in the rose/oud genre, but this one really does stand out. The price is very high, so I can't see myself buying a bottle, but I will probably get a decant at some point.

Since I finished my taxes in a timely manner, my wife allowed me to get any fragrance I wanted so I bout a 30 ml bottle of Vol de Nuit Parfum. The people at Neiman Marcus here in San Francisco are STELLAR in their customer service. They had to order the bottle, and because of that they gave me a bottle of Guerlain Voile de Poudre Home Fragrance and then a ****-ton of samples:

Yeah, they have three new ouds, which are all parfums. They are Silk Mood, Cashmere Mood, and Velvet Mood. They might not even be for sale yet, but they have testers out at Neimans.
