Regent-type cut for manly men?

My name is Mr. Caber, and I am a manly man (all: hi Mr. Caber).
I made my weekly venture into Brooks Bros this week to seek out a new suit, and while I like the regent cut (slimmer cut, side vents, flat front etc) they are definitely not made for those of us who lift can lift things heavier than a lint brush. Years of throwing heavy things have made my body all large and misshapen (but oddly enough Hugo Boss fits quite well). What's a style conscious neanderthal to do?

(If the words "bespoke" or "MTM" are uttered I will weep uncontrollably).

I wouldn't really call anything BB slim cut. I'm usually a 48L and need the sides taken in on most stuff. BB "slim fit" shirts were awful blousy too.
I suppose a better question would be, who makes a suit similar to Hugo Boss that actually can be worn without shame?

Who would want to be known for making a suit like hugo boss.

Try something like Golden Fleece, which is cut larger, and bring the waist in if thats the problem.

Slim cut suits, seem to generally be slim all over, hugo boss is just a typical box cut suit, normal drop, i dont think this is something that's a rare bird.

Try Eredi Pisano on Madison and 54-55. They have a good selection of eye-Talian stuff that would fit your bill. They have a massive sale going on now also. Good luck.
