Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think the pooling adds to the relaxed/louche vibe. I might wear them as is for a while and see if they grow on you.

Yeah, I’m really on the fence - these are rolled up - and in - so I will unfortunately need to hem under any circumstance. Really, comes down to home low or high I want them hemmed.

Those are slim enough that you’re basically getting stacks, rather giving off any louche pooling vibes. Leave stacks for denim (or artisanal goth stuff).

The only thing I haven’t expanded on with regard to old Margiela stuff is the footwear. People might not wear a knit or jeans......but they beat the **** out of the boots I’ve been wanting not to mention they almost always come in little feet sizes haha finally found my size in they are in brand new condition.....fingers crossed
