yeah i like it, haven't been wearing it though because...summer. it's definitely a lightweight piece though and the fit is pretty boxy/low armholes/etc., but i think it goes well with the style of the jacket. build and leather quality seems very solid, but what the hell do i know.

Margaret Howell knit sold out on MrP before I woke up, so I consoled myself with more Norse Projects Niels tees from Norse Store.

Picked up a pair of sweats from Atrium today too--sales season is just too good this year...and all the clothes I'm buying are mostly for lounging around anyway, haha

Yeah, I picked up a pair of those, too. I'm undecided on whether I'll actually wear them to the gym on lifting days, though; I'm not sure how well the mesh will hold hold up. Regular escobars, no question.

I can never actually lift in full sweatpants, I'd overheat in about 30 seconds--but I thought the panels were an interesting touch on what are basically just grey sweats, which IMO usually look pretty boring.

@mikey cool. I had a black suede from unis but I left it in my dorm when I moved out of college like 4 years ago. I paid around $450 iirc at full retail though so they're obv more expensive. If they do a tan or lmgrey suede again for FW I'll have to get one.

Hey, if anybody wants a pair of those rough suede converse in the vaporous grey (white) color in size 9.5, let me know. These are too big for me and I lost the return slip.

I bought these impulsively from Rakuten, but they are like a half inch too long and I feel like they look like clown shoes on my feet.

Does anybody have any good coping mechanisms for expensive impulse buys that didn't work out? Maybe I'll just wear them anyways and walk around as the saddest clown in town with the hope that the salty tears that fall on the boots will shrink them.

margiela eboutique sale, figured I'd give mmm suits another shot. this one has all the details I like: shorter length, partially lined (for those sloped shoulders!), welt pockets, virgin wool.

hope it actually fits...
This jacket arrived. I'll let you guys comment on the fit, but definitely not as short as the model indicates. I don't know much about CM, but I'm very happy with this suit. Classic new "virgin" wool, unlined which is good for my sloping shoulders, not really sure what mohair effect means but the suit is dark blue with this tint of black that disappear if you look directly at any particular spot (it's like magic?).

Sorry for my ****** photography skills and terrible indoor lighting. The pants need to be shortened and waist taken in. I think the oversized waist is making my hips look larger than they are, or I'm just deluding myself.

Looks great! I'd probably take the sleeves up a little bit, but otherwise looks like a really good OTR fit...definitely better than the model's fit.
