Considering to purchase this pair. Questions:
  1. Any concerns regarding the authenticity?
  2. Any general thoughts on quality? Compared to Tricker's, C&J, etc.
  3. What do you think is a fair price for this pair?
Thank you.

There’s very little comparison. I would not put them on par with either of the examples you cited.

1. Authentic.
2. God awful leather and blake construction. So not comparable with Tricker's or CJ.
3. I agree with Phileas' assessment: $50 USD.

Most Italian "fashion" shoes are really nothing to write home about and are a huge rip off. I'll make an exception for Gucci horsebit loafers - because traditions blah blah.

There are some Tod's worth the money - mostly drivers.

As with all things Prada - they will look nice out of the box and quickly deteriorate. In the case of these shoes, I don't even think they look particularly nice. I would give them a hard pass.

1) Likely real
2) C+J cringes to be put into comparison with these fashion moccasins
3) Uh....not a lot

1) Nothing strikes me as inauthentic about them.
2) You can only compare the general visual impression from a distance of 10 meters. Other than that, any aspect you can think of is incomparable.
3) As I don't like them, they are pretty worthless to me. If you love them, then you set the boundaries. If I loved them aesthetically, I would still not pay more than 100 for them.
