Vanity, a double breasted cropped jacket can look good. I just happen to think it's less convenient to wear, and also that db requires even more skill, to design. I've got many many other pictures of cropped jackets, even some by Balenciaga and Dior . . . but I think you've got the idea.

The only reason a woman wears a cropped jacket is to show her ass

It is amazing, here in the winter we arrive to -5°C and you see girls walking outside with a cropped jacket !

I have to wear full lenght overcoats to keep me warm, but seems that for a girl, to let you see her ass and even sometimes her belly on that cold is the priority...

So when they do it, style or functionality is the least important but how her ass shows...

I was going out with a girl last year and I she wanted to learn skiing with me so we went to the shop to get some snow clothes for her, she insisted in buying a short jacket, this was precisely a young girl's jacket not a women's one, she absolutely wanted to show her ass !, I tried to explain her that the ski jackets should cover her ass so when she felt and roll over the snow, it wouldn't get inside her clothing and with that short jacket she wasn't protected enough... No reason could convince her and she bought the short one.
