I picked up Alden Suede Chukka's at By George in Austin for half off yesterday. They had a 9 and 9.5 remaining, possibly others. I don't think they ship, but if you're in Austin you can't be that price for staple footwear.

Looking at the store now, and the prices look good. Shipping is pretty expensive, though.

Would a new Band shirt for $160ish be a good deal?

$160ish is a decent deal for BoO. It is possible to get cheaper, but it's hard to get the selection you want. Icarus was great when I bought from them. The BoO flannels (grey check and blue check) are really soft and nice, but they do fit a bit slimmer than the overdye oxfords in my experience.
