Could you help me out down here gents? I would really appreciate your expert advice in regard to a topic I'm not too (or at all) familar with - corrected grain leather. I recently bought these Mark McNairy shoes: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MARK-MCNAIRY-NEW-AMSTERDAM-LONGWING-BROGUES-SIZE-US-10-5-NEW-IN-BOX-/132240444796?hash=item1eca250d7c:g:aiEAAOSwrddY7S81&nma=true&si=DiPU4PDqYr%2BPL3%2B5B9fNPHdz1qo%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

As much as I like their looks and craftsmanship that went into the production of these shoes, I'm somewhat worried if they aren't corrected grain leather. I've read that Sanders shoes http://www.sanders-uk.com (the manufacturer of Mark McNairy footwear) uses corrected grain leather with some of their products. I do not know very much about the difference between corrected grain leather and full-grain leather besides the fact the former is of lesser quality. It also has a certain shine to it, which the MM shoes I bought also seem to have... I really don't know what to think. Obviously I would prefer my shoes to be full grain :embar:. I'd be grateful for some help here!
