Looking for a nice pair of Driving Gloves

I was think about getting some.

Then I saw someone wearing a pair of black driving gloves while driving his slightly dodgy looking beemer and the overall look was so tacky that it's put me off. Perhaps if you have a vintage car from the 20s or 30s, the look can work, but for driving anything made post about 1950, I think it gives off a somewhat tacky vibe.

YMMV, of course.

I'd say anything post 1960s. There are also these people who drive an automatic BMW or something like a Japanese jellybean and wear driving gloves.
