I prefer William II. I have both William I and William II, and like them both, but William II is my favorite of the two.I'm thinking the Williams II looks best.
Is there any difference in regards to the last or leather being used, or is it strictly in design or better yet appearance?I prefer William II. I have both William I and William II, and like them both, but William II is my favorite of the two.
My William I is in buffalo leather with a leather double sole. I have one pair of William II in museum calf with a leather double sole and another pair in suede with a rubber sole. I love them all. Both models are equally beautiful.
JayJay, my compliments to you and if I may, I have two questions please: 1) Do you have either in buffalo? or scotchgrain 2) does the W2 come with a rubber sole or leather?

Nice!!!
Nice!!!
Is this a current model?
I don't remember seeing this as an option?
If you don't mind, what are the main differences between this and the William II?
It does look nice, and thanks for the information. The John Lobb Wallace is a discontinued model but should be available sans up-charge twice per year during the John Lobb MTO events. I am not sure what the specific differences are between the Wallace and the William but to my eye the Wallace seemes dressier than the William (at least the black version which I have in black museum in addition to the dark brown museum pictured).
Never mind. Can anyone tell me if the Williams and Williams II use the same Last and what Last or Lasts would that be?
By the way what Last does the Chapel use?
